When the UK voted to exit the EU on the 23rd of June, the first casualty of that choice was a Prime Minister who did not read the vibes of his people. He obviously was opposed to the exit as was the majority of generation 52years and below, but the old stole it, they were more involved in the voting process, they pulled 51.8% of the overall votes, and those who wanted to remain in the EU managed a close 48.2% of the votes in the Referendum.

With BREXIT the UK Generation-next who elected to remain in the EU have lost the opportunity, they will live outside the EU if the UK proceeds to activate and formalize within the next 3months the details of the referendum, forbidding any to the contrary. Today Scotland and Northern Ireland are insisting they may exit the UK, only Wales appears committed to a post EU UK.

The present that BREXIT hands us is an abridgment of globalization. And the building of a world without borders suffers set back.

Manifest also from the voting pattern in BREXIT is a challenge to Youths and adults of ages 55 and below to be more active in the political process, to engage leadership proactively rather than busy themselves online as social media Activists trading endless invectives from partisan cocoons, and to urge and nudge leadership to heed the vibes of our people by making restructuring of this enterprise along the lines of true fiscal federalism, devolution of power and resource control the way to go.
Finally, may we not err like most Britons who elected to research the likely impact of BREXIT after the vote. And may we be true to the fact that TRUE federalism predicated on justice, equity & fairness is key to national peace and unity.
    God Bless You.
